The raw material of MUST UMAMI Black Garlic is 100% garlic, there are no additives (including flavorings, colorings nor preservatives). Our garlic comes from northern Europe, from one of the purest natures and we are organic certified, so we can guarantee high quality products. Black Garlic is very different from its taste and texture from raw garlic. Using fermentation process the bitter taste and offensive smell of raw garlic is lost and the garlic obtains black color, texture gets softer and the consistency gets stickier. Black Garlic has slightly caramel aroma, sweet-sourish, caramel- or dried plum-like taste without the offensive odor or after-taste. Black garlic is known for its rare umami taste and for that it is a true culinary wonder. It can be used not only in savory dishes but also in desserts. THE NAME – You probably wonder by now, what does TOHI mean? We make the gin at the TOHISOO Manor Distillery. Accidentally, it also means in Estonian – YOU CAN or WHY NOT?!

THE DESIGN – The unique gin is tucked into our own angular shaped TOHI branded solid glass bottle (very Nordic, isn’t it?). We made the label boldly visible even in the darkest corners and easy to read. The small incision in the very middle of the label- made for optimists who’s bottle is never half empty, but half full!
