Wayren OÜ is an Estonian technology company whose main business activity is the development and international marketing of a mission-critical data exchange platform. The company was founded in 2020, before which the founders were deeply involved in the development of a battle management system for the Estonian Defence Forces Cyber Command. Since 2022 we have successfully field tested a digital distributed indirect fires platform and situational awareness system for Estonian Defence Forces and Defence League. We are cooperating with companies such as Threod Systems to provide integrated solutions.

Wayren Communication Platform enables rapid deployment of ad-hoc, hybrid networks designed for challenging environments. The platform features an efficient data synchronization protocol that is resilient to communication disruptions and bandwidth limitations, allowing communication to work even in high packet drop conditions. The platform is transport layer agnostic, allowing concurrent use of IP, LoRa, digital and even analogue radio networks. The product is useful in various cases, such as C2, asset tracking, sensor data, unmanned vehicle (UAV, UGV, USV) telemetry and command or any other application that benefits from resilient hybrid data networks.

Vegvisir develops advanced mixed reality (MR) systems that deliver next-generation situational awareness for armored vehicles. Our “see-through armor” technology provides crews with a seamless 360° real-time view, customizable tactical overlays, and multi-user collaboration. Supporting both manned and unmanned platforms, Vegvisir enhances crew safety, operational efficiency, and battlefield control. Trusted internationally, including by the Australian Army’s Combat Experimentation Group.

Threod Systems is a pioneering Estonian defense technology company specializing in the development and production of cutting-edge unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), electro-optic payloads for intelligence and surveillance, and unique launch systems for loitering munition. High-mobile defence systems – what is it? 

It is a custom designed, manufactured and equipped deployable shelter system.

The goal is to facilitate faster responsiveness, better cost efficiency and lower environmental impact compared to the traditional ”bricks and mortar” infrastructure.

The system allows to transport defence services close to the defence action operatively – in minutes – and gather all the defence tactical needs where they were not feasible before, creating possibilities for new defence strategies and innovation to be implemented.

Our systems support the defence capacity by increasing the sense of security of the defence forces, with providing back security with first aid and recovery facilities, food and ammunition supplies.

Cooperation interests

Lindante’s objective is to identify and engage potential customers for the products they develop and manufacture:

KrattWorks offers a jamming resilient short range multirotor reconnaissance drone with multi-band radio and GNSS-free capabilities. The ISR Ghost Dragon drone is developed based on the lessons learned from Ukraine.

KrattWorks also offers aerial target drones, which include fast-flying fixed-wing DART platform for air-defence missile and cannons shooting practice. Additionally, KrattWorks provides small PARM multirotor targets for small arms counter drone drills.

Our loitering munition drone Dart-X delivers 10 kg payload to 100 or 200km distance. The decoy version Dart-R is equipped with radar reflectors to match the desired radar footprint.

Hevi Optronics is designing and developing precision-engineered electro-optical sensor systems for commercial and defence applications. We are integrating the latest sensor technologies and video enhancement algorithms into a modular system architecture. We provide stand-alone and turn-key solutions for Air, Land, Sea and Surveillance markets and offer relevant support and system integration services.

Frankenburg missile is a next-generation interceptor missile built to defeat today’s most urgent aerial threats – drones and loitering munitions – with unmatched efficiency. Solid rocket-fuelled, fast, and lightweight, it’s the smallest and most agile missile in its class. Designed from the ground up for rapid deployment and ease of use.

Frankenburg missiles will be ten times more affordable than traditional air defence missile systems and available at scale, produced locally to strengthen national defence industries and directly support local armed forces. In Ukraine, Shahed drones are taken down by missiles which cost tens of times more than the drones themselves—an unsustainable approach. We are determined to solve this cost-per-kill ratio in favour of our customers. Fully designed and developed in Europe, ensuring secure supply, operational control, and export flexibility. Missiles are a 100% ITAR-free solution, aligned with European defence standards and compatible with allied systems.

Our system combines rugged, easily camouflaged devices, ultra-low power design, and state-of-the-art artificial intelligence for reliable intrusion detection with minimal human intervention.
Defendec devices have been deployed in the field since 2009 and are used to protect over 35 country borders.

Baltic Workboats is a modern and well-equipped shipyard in Estonia which has delivered over 200 ships to 25 countries worldwide. We are mainly focused on fast patrol and navy vessels in a size range of 15-70 meters. In addition, we have an extensive experience in manufacturing all kind of aluminium and steel workboats also for supporting tasks. We are putting great emphasis in R&D which includes developing in-house technologies, autonomous vessels and green propulsion systems. We are participating in a large-scale project to develop a fully autonomous multi-functional navy vessel platform.
