Marine Technology Competence Centre MARTE is an R&D unit of TALTECH. MARTE focuses on the design and numerical assessment of marine strutcures and on the development of autonomous technologies. Portfolio of the MARTE includes the solutions for maritime situational awareness and autonomous control of unmanned vessels. Its sea ice and wave condition identification solution has reached sea trials on commercial seagoing vessels. Future development directions include the coordinated control solutions for several heterogeneous maritime robots.
