The company’s AI also assists with warranty claims by asking follow-up questions when needed, compiling the information, and automatically routing it to the correct party — whether it’s the builder or property manager. The system also reminds homeowners of important maintenance tasks necessary for the proper functioning of equipment and appliances, and for maintaining warranty validity.

Merirand noted that the platform has proven its value quickly. “All of our pilot developers have already adopted DoBu for their next projects. Riga is expecting record numbers of new developments in the coming years, and for people moving into brand-new homes, DoBu adds clear value.
