Estonian tech company Helmes, which began its operations in Poland in 2022, has opened a new office in Warsaw to better serve one of Europe’s fastest-growing markets.
“Poland has one of the fastest-growing economies in Europe, with growth forecasts for 2025 and subsequent years far exceeding the EU average,” said Deniss Ojastu, partner and board member at Helmes. “Its capital, Warsaw, is a modern and vibrant city, full of skilled engineering talent fostered by local universities and attracted from neighboring countries and regions. We want to offer them an opportunity to join a global organization.”
“We expect moderate business growth in Central Europe and Scandinavia. Our goal is to maintain our position in the market.”

Helmes started its operations in Poland in 2022, and it has been employing more than 60 specialists that helped the company enter the market and strengthen its presence there. “Opening a new office in Warsaw gives our people a place to work, learn, and grow together,” added Ojastu.
In Poland, Helmes plans to continue implementing its own “Helmes Way” IT service standard, which combines cutting-edge technologies such as applied artificial intelligence with people-centered leadership and teamwork. This ensures at least a 50 percent increase in efficiency compared to conventional outsourcing models.
Helmes expects business growth in Central Europe
Looking ahead, the company forecasts that 2025 will bring stability rather than breakthrough changes to the IT sector.
“Helmes’ Polish unit is a fully integrated branch of the group, complementing our international team,” Ojastu said. “We expect moderate business growth in Central Europe and Scandinavia. Our goal is to maintain our position in the market and provide long-term security to our clients, even in a more challenging economic environment.”
