SensusQ, an Estonian company developing AI-based intelligence and decision support software, announced its participation in the British Army’s Project ASGARD. This project aims to enhance the UK’s digital targeting capabilities.
SensusQ provides expertise to assist in integrating disparate data sources into a unified and actionable Common Intelligence Picture (CIP), enabling commanders to make swift decisions.
Announced in 2024, ASGARD is the British Army’s flagship digital-targeting initiative, exploiting artificial intelligence, novel communications networks, and a mesh of sensors to find, fix, and strike enemy assets at greater range and speed.
“Our mission is to put commanders on the right side of the decision loop,” said Villiko Nurmoja, COO and co-founder of SensusQ. “By combining sensor fusion, intelligent agents and intuitive workflows, our technology is designed to turn a vast amount of information into decisive action, giving our users the confidence that they are acting on the best possible picture,” added he.
SensusQ powers ASGARD’s combat intelligence
Project ASGARD brings together industry partners to build a “digital lethality” network, fusing data from a vast array of sensors, intelligence feeds, and ISR assets. In this complex environment, SensusQ’s core competencies in data fusion and automated analysis alongside plug-and-play integration with partners were leveraged to help create a single, trusted intelligence layer.

The company’s software architecture is purpose-built to ingest multi-domain data. From uncrewed systems to tactical reports and enrich it with AI-driven workflows, providing users with a decisive information advantage.
Trusted by NATO and allied forces
SensusQ is an Estonian, veteran-owned dual-use technology company that builds AI-powered intelligence management software for civilian and security sector customers. Its flagship platform, Winning Mind, provides a secure, modular, and data-sovereign hub for multi-domain intelligence operations. Trusted by NATO users and allied forces, SensusQ delivers software that provides decision advantage at the speed of relevance, from the tactical edge to the strategic headquarters.
In previous uses, SensusQ’s platform has sped up response times by 200% and increased data accuracy significantly. These performance gains directly align with the Ministry of Defence’s ambition to double lethality by 2027 and deliver a ten-fold increase over the next decade, which Project ASGARD is designed to support.
In March 2025 two Estonian companies, Nortal, the strategic innovation and digital transformation company, and SensusQ, a provider of intelligence operations data management software, announced a partnership to offer software-defined, zero-day interoperable intelligence gathering and processing solutions for defence organisations, emergency and public safety services, and corporations.
