Estonian cleantech company LynxPower, which optimises building energy use with AI-powered monitoring and control, has raised €550,000 from Giga AS to expand into international markets, reports Vestbee.

Founded in 2023 by Indrek Raide, LynxPower develops an AI-based energy monitoring and management solution that measures, analyses, and optimises building energy consumption in real time. By combining proprietary hardware and software, the system delivers automated energy monitoring, machine-learning-driven analysis, and control of building systems.

The platform helps building owners and operators reduce energy costs by up to 40%, meet global environmental standards like LEED, BREEAM, and ISO 50001, and unlock operational efficiencies. LynxPower’s growing client base includes Estonian firms such as AS Krulli Kvartal, AS Kapitel, Nordecon AS, Tallinna Ehitustrust OÜ, and Südamekodud AS.

Funding supports LynxPower’s product development and marketing

In a recent funding round, LynxPower secured €550,000 from Giga AS, an Estonian cleantech and technology investor, alongside individual backers Taavi Madiberk, CEO and co-founder of Skeleton Technologies, and Marko Virkebau, CEO of Stargate Hydrogen.

The investment will fuel product development, expand the platform’s capabilities, enhance its functionality, and support international market entry. It will also boost sales and marketing efforts and leverage its team’s expertise in hardware, software, and energy systems to provide clients with a comprehensive, reliable solution.
